We run the Cappadocia Restaurant as a family business – there’s always a friendly face on hand to greet you when you arrive. We are determined to give you a memorable night out in our restaurant and bar with its vibrant interior décor providing an atmospheric backdrop for our delectable dishes and fresh cocktails.
Our menu at the Cappadocia is authentic Turkish cuisine, cooked by Turkish chefs with some added extras and adaptations to suit those with more moderate palates, or special dietary requirements. All our ingredients are of the highest quality, locally sourced where possible.
Our colourful vibrant décor sets the mood in our lively restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy the ambiance. We have a genuine charcoal grill so you get the real taste of Turkey in those Shish kebabs and sensational steaks. If you wish you can keep your party private by hiring our function room.
We open at 12 noon every day of the week, so you can pop in for lunch and linger on over tea or coffee. Somehow afternoon soon merges into evening, and our dinner guests take their pick from our varied selection of delectable dishes – don’t forget the awesome desserts! We close around 10pm each night.
We’re the only Turkish restaurant in Bath, so we have a responsibility for showing off our native cuisine and hospitable nature in the best possible light. We’re committed to warm and welcoming customer service, which is just as important to us as our good cooking!
If you’re strolling around the beautiful city of Bath, you’ll find us easily, just off the historic Georgian Grand Parade. We’re in sight of the spectacular Pulteney Bridge, designed by Robert Adam in 1769 – one of only four bridges in the world to have shops across its full span on both sides.
We want to protect our customers and our staff alike so we ask that our guests understand the implications of social distancing to a small restaurant like ours.
If a guest knows that they are vulnerable to COVD-19 they must make a personal decision regarding the risks of sitting and eating in a public environment.
Likewise, if guests have a new persistent cough or temperature they should stay at home.
As our profits are being eliminated by having fewer tables and therefore less potential to operate a commercially viable business, we respectfully suggest our customers order at least two courses from our menus.
Our staff have the right to call the police if any customer starts to flout the new social distancing guidelines.
